JW House Valentine's Day Card Making

In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, the Gamma Xi chapter spent some time after our weekly General Business Meeting writing Valentine’s Day cards for the JW House, a local organization that provides meals and overnight lodging to people with loved ones in the hospital.

Our VP of Community Service, Ashley Anderson, brought cute Valentine’s Day desserts, and our brothers had so much fun crafting cards for those in need. Brothers were also generous enough to donate various pantry, cleaning, and paper products for the JW House.

We even had a surprise visitor!

“The JW House is an amazing organization in the local community, and I am so glad our chapter was able to give back with this event. It felt great to give back to our community and brighten someone’s day with Valentine’s Day cards and donations. Making cards with our brothers was a fun bonding experience too!”

-Ashley Anderson, VP of Community Service

Overall, it was a fun way to spread the love to our local community while snacking on some cute (and yummy!) snacks. Huge shoutout to Ashley for putting on such a great event! Check out some more photos below!
